Once the AVA assessment has been purchased for an individual and they have completed it, CRE Perform will maintain their confidential data on file, and will produce a complete set of individual AVA reports that will allow you, as hiring manager or team leader, to understand their natural behaviors, and their compatibility with their target position. There are two distinct report formats provided:

  • If the individual’s target position is Commercial Real Estate Broker, or they are involved in performing some aspect of commercial real estate sales, CRE Perform will provide the report set titled “Exemplary Commercial Advisor Report Set.”
  • If the individual’s target role involves anything other than Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, CRE Perform will provide the report set titled “Individual Behavioral Report Set.” 

These reports are included with the price of the assessment.

The Exemplary Commercial Advisor Report Set (sales roles) includes:

  • Individual Behavioral Report includes an insightful written analysis of the individual’s general behavior, along with lists of descriptive words regarding his/her Natural Behaviors, Natural Tendencies, Operating Style, Ideal Environment, Persuasive Style, Methods of Gaining Commitment, Strengths that can be overused, and Tips for Managing and Leading the individual.
  • AVA Behavioral Tendencies Report indicates the ease with which the individual may be able to perform the behavioral activities listed over a sustained period of time.
  • Dynamic Job Demand Analysis (JDA) Report for the role of “Exemplary Commercial Advisor” indicates the individual’s ease in performing the behavioral demands of an Exemplary Commercial Advisor over a sustained period of time.
  • AVA Sales Competencies Report indicates the ease with which the individual may be able to perform the business development activities listed over a sustained period of time.
    (NOTE: This additional report set specific to sales roles only.)
  • Counselor Report acts as a “counselor” to the manager or hiring professional, as it includes lists of descriptive words regarding the what the individual tends to Value, Behavioral Descriptors, Situational Approach, Leadership Approach, Natural Limitations, Interaction, Stress Factors, Stress Response and Motivation. 
  • AVA Management Competencies Report indicates the ease with which the individual may be able to perform the managerial activities listed below over a sustained period of time. This data may not relate directly to the individual’s target position, but may be helpful for future consideration.
  • Management Tips includes strategies for communicating with and motivating the individual once they are hired.
  • The Self-Description and Analyst Comments Report: This report includes 
    • The individual’s Self-Description, as submitted while taking the assessment; and 
    • Comments from a Certified AVA Analyst and CRE consultant, which describe the individual’s compatibility with the role of Commercial Real Estate “Exemplary Advisor” based upon the industry-accepted AVA profile, along with feedback regarding the best use of the individual’s time and talents within the commercial real estate business. 
      • (Note: CRE Perform is the sole licensed provider of the AVA Assessment for the Commercial Real Estate industry in the United States, and as such, provides its clients with expertise and insights related specifically to those positions.) 

 

Individual Behaviors Report Set (non-sales roles) includes:

  • Individual Behavioral Report includes an insightful written analysis of the individual’s general behavior, along with lists of descriptive words regarding his/her Natural Behaviors, Natural Tendencies, Operating Style, Ideal Environment, Persuasive Style, Methods of Gaining Commitment, Strengths that can be overused, and Tips for Managing and Leading the individual.
  • AVA Behavioral Tendencies Report indicates the ease with which the individual may be able to perform the behavioral activities listed over a sustained period of time.
  • Dynamic Job Demand Analysis (JDA) Report – This report may sometimes be included, ONLY IF a Job Demand Analysis has been performed for the individual’s target role. You may contact CRE Perform for more information on this process.
